Please forward updates for the 2023-2024 College Catalog by Thursday, May 25, 2023, to registrar@hvcc.edu.
With the transition to the digital catalog format in 2017, some information was removed from the catalog to minimize the publication to only the required sections/information. Information that was removed from the catalog was preserved on the College website as office webpages. For clarity, the College Catalog can be accessed here. You’ll notice each catalog page url begins with “https://catalog.hvcc.edu” while a non-catalog webpage begins with “www.hvcc.edu.” Please be sure to read through your section(s) to make sure the text is current.
You do not need to forward me the following:
Changes to the faculty/staff section-this information is based on HR records. Any catalog changes to the faculty/staff section need to be approved by HR
Changes that have been approved through Academic Senate/Board of trustees/SUNY/SED
